Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures consistency across call plans, targets, and Omnichannel initiatives to enhance sales force impact
• Oversees speaker programs, coaching platforms, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Plans and facilitates regional meetings and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure resources are in place

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong understanding of sales force operations
• Prior experience in field leadership or regional operational roles preferred
• Strong background in business operations and resource management within a commercial pharmaceutical organization
• Ability to focus on priorities and resolve operational issues effectively
