Associate Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, capital planning, and investment initiatives
• Lead strategic financial analysis efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (advanced degree or CFA/CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, FP&A, or private equity
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills with experience in complex deal analysis
• Proficiency in financial software (NetSuite), Excel, and data analysis tools
• Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment with adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
