Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the life and annuity business
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support investor relations activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA or other relevant industry credentials preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with insurance financials, preferably in life and annuity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with PowerBI or SQL
  • Knowledge of insurance accounting principles and familiarity with SEC reporting requirements
