Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of outsourced transactional accounting activities, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Direct month-end close processes and uphold compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives to optimize accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a dynamic, international organization
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Blackline, and Oracle
• Experience in a global business environment with knowledge of intercompany and transfer pricing
