Associate Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Finance and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead property level financial strategy and reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and USALI
• Manage and mentor the Finance Managers and Property Accountants, overseeing workloads and project assignments
• Drive process improvements in revenue accounting and financial operations, including automation and compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial management roles, preferably in hospitality or real estate
• Expertise in USALI and GAAP reporting requirements for the hotel industry
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing finance teams and projects in high-growth environments
