Associate Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Finance to serve as a key strategic and operational finance leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the agency's general ledger, ensuring the integrity of financial records and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in developing financial forecasts, analyzing labor reports, and supporting P&L management
• Collaborate with agency leadership on financial tools and budgeting, while ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls

Required Qualifications

• BS in Finance or Accounting; CPA is a plus
• 7-9+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in an advertising or media agency
• Strong understanding of GAAP Accounting practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial management tools like NetSuite
• Experience in client/vendor management platforms and financial reporting tools
