Associate Director of Finance

Job Summary

To support the Operations Finance Team, the full-time Associate Director of Finance will manage headcount forecasting, financial modeling, and provide consultative insights to leadership, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain headcount models, financial packages, and business intelligence KPIs
• Report performance trends to Operations and Finance leadership during monthly meetings
• Act as a subject matter expert for Operations, conducting ad hoc analyses and collaborating with business leaders on financial insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance (FP&A), investment banking, or a similar role with substantial financial modeling experience
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel
• Experience creating dynamic executive-level dashboards to distill complex data into actionable insights
• Proven track record of exceptional documentation and version controlling for iterative change analyses
