Associate Director of Finance
Job Summary
Serving as the primary finance business partner to the Technical Development and Global Quality organizations, the remote Associate Director of Finance will manage strategic FP&A leadership, operational finance support, and cross-functional partnerships to translate scientific and operational priorities into actionable financial plans and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead finance business partner for Technical Development and Global Quality leadership teams, providing financial analysis and recommendations for decision-making
- Lead annual operating plan, forecast, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial commitments
- Prepare executive-ready financial materials, including variance analysis and investment business cases, to support leadership presentations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or business advisory experience in a complex multinational environment
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic financial support for operating plans and resource allocation decisions
- Strong technical finance skills, including financial modeling and variance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional qualification preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise finance systems preferred
