Associate Director of Financial Services
Job Summary
Driving revenue growth in the Financial Services vertical, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Financial Services will manage Lakebase activations and consumption, collaborating with account teams to engage clients and articulate the value of fully-managed Postgres for operational workloads.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and drive Lakebase activations and revenue within a defined territory in partnership with regional Account Executives
- Lead complex sales cycles, engaging with technical and business stakeholders to validate Lakebase's benefits for operational workloads
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop territory plans and enable sales teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling data platforms or operational databases to technical and business leaders
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures and how operational data supports AI and analytics strategies
- Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
