Associate Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Supporting complex financial planning and analysis, the full-time Associate Director of FP&A will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality monthly Board reports and develop reporting processes in collaboration with Finance leadership
• Forecast, monitor, and analyze company financial results, ensuring accuracy and timely identification of risks and opportunities
• Consolidate global financial results and forecasts, providing finance support to various corporate functions

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably in a Pharmaceutical or CRO environment
• Strong financial modeling and valuation analysis abilities
• Excellent project leadership and consultancy skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
