Associate Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Leading key financial reporting and analysis efforts, the full-time Associate Director of FP&A will support strategic planning and partner with cross-functional leaders in a remote environment, driving value through data and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of management reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
• Support the centralization and streamlining of financial reporting processes, establishing a scalable reporting framework
• Oversee the creation and improvement of automated reporting tools and dashboards using platforms like Adaptive Insights and Power BI

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in a global organization
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday, or Power BI
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience with a collaborative approach
• Proven success in building relationships across cultures and time zones
