Associate Director of FP&A
Job Summary
Supporting company-wide FP&A activities, the fully remote Associate Director of FP&A will manage P&L consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning while coordinating timelines and stakeholder engagement across Finance and business functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A calendar and ensure timely deliverables and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare executive financial reviews and leadership reporting packages
- Identify opportunities for process automation and support finance system enhancements
Required qualifications:
- 8 - 12+ years of relevant experience with a master's degree or 6 - 8+ years with a master's degree in finance or accounting
- Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong FP&A experience with advanced expertise in Hyperion, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SAP and Oracle financial systems
- Proficient in financial modeling and analytical skills
