Associate Director of GME Programs

Job Summary

Supporting the oversight and continuous improvement of Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs, the full-time Associate Director of GME Programs will collaborate with GME leadership to ensure compliance, quality, and operational excellence while providing guidance for program accreditations and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with GME leadership to develop and refine processes across clinical and educational settings
• Provide guidance to ensure operational excellence and adherence to ACGME standards
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding, training, and administrative skills for GME staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field required
• 4-6 years of experience in GME administration or healthcare program management required
• 3-5 years of experience as a Program/Fellowship Coordinator at an ACGME-accredited program preferred
• Master's Degree in a relevant field preferred
• Strong knowledge of GME accreditation standards, including ACGME requirements
