Associate Director of Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Governance & Data Management Operations Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative on enterprise data governance committees and lead compliance initiatives
• Develop and document operating models, including SOPs and governance frameworks
• Own and evolve the Data Management SharePoint site and create executive-ready materials

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data management, governance, compliance, or related fields
• Experience in regulated environments such as health, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and influence stakeholders
