Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent prior experience required
• 5-7 years of experience in Foundation Relations, Charitable Grant Management, or Development preferred
• Experience in a healthcare-related organization preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
