Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Associate Director of Growth Marketing will identify, launch, and scale innovative customer acquisition channels while working remotely and collaborating closely with the executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across various paid and partnership-based channels
- Shape the innovative channel roadmap by identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
- Design and execute rigorous experiments to analyze performance across full-funnel metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with exposure to multiple channels
- Consulting background preferred, demonstrating the ability to structure complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers and quantitative analytical abilities with full-funnel metrics
- Genuine creative acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and copywriters
- Excitement about applying AI tools in marketing strategies and a resourceful approach to problem-solving
