Associate Director of Growth Marketing

Job Summary

To support customer acquisition and profitable growth initiatives, the full-time remote Associate Director of Growth Marketing will identify, launch, and scale innovative marketing channels while pioneering the use of AI agents in marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across diverse paid and partnership-based channels
• Shape the innovative channel roadmap by identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
• Design and execute rigorous experiments to analyze performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with exposure to multiple channels
• Consulting background preferred, with the ability to structure complex problems and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
• Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers and quantitative analytical ability with full-funnel metrics
• Experience in applying AI tools and agents to enhance marketing strategies
• Curiosity and resourcefulness with a proactive approach to solving new challenges
