Job Summary

To shape the employee experience and culture, the full-time Associate Director of HR Communications will develop and execute strategic HR communication programs and campaigns, serving as a trusted advisor to P&C leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary communications partner to the Chief People Officer, providing strategic counsel on HR programs and employee experience
  • Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans for key HR initiatives, translating complex policies into clear messaging for a global workforce
  • Manage editorial calendars and content workflows, ensuring timely delivery of communications and overseeing employee engagement activities
Required qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in employee, HR, or internal communications with measurable success in global organizations
  • Advanced knowledge of strategic employee communications, change communications, and core HR programs
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences
  • Strong project management skills, adept at managing complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
