Required Qualifications

• BS or higher in Business, HR, or a related field
• 8+ years of people operations experience, with 5-7 years in small biotech companies preferred
• Project management expertise in fast-paced environments
• Working knowledge of Excel and experience with enterprise systems
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions
