Associate Director of Infrastructure Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Infrastructure End User Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-user services strategy aligned with digital workplace and infrastructure roadmaps
• Establish global service standards, operating models, KPIs, and SLAs for end-user infrastructure services
• Lead operational reviews and manage end-to-end service delivery for end-user infrastructure services

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure / End User Services leadership
• Proven experience managing global environments with understanding of regulatory differences
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and Microsoft 365 / O365 administration
• Experience with Citrix / VDI solutions and baseline networking knowledge
• Experience supporting desktop services and user-facing workplace technologies
