Associate Director of IT

Job Summary

To lead and develop an IT team in a full-time, remote capacity, the Associate Director of IT will manage technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and support organizational strategies while overseeing project completion and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate IT support and develop strategies in collaboration with leadership to meet organizational needs
• Oversee project management processes and ensure adherence to established IT standards
• Manage staff recruitment, development, and retention while mentoring team members in best practices

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience required
• At least 12 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in vendor management and budget administration
• Strong background in IT project planning and organization
