Associate Director of IT Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director Digital Workplace and IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the digital workplace ecosystem
• Oversee IT Service Management processes and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop environments for enhanced user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10-15 years of progressive IT experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing enterprise MDM, SCCM, AVD, and O365 environments
• Proven success in leading ITSM and Service Desk transformations
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus
