Associate Director of Learning Development

Job Summary

Leading the execution of adjunct faculty learning and capability development, the full-time Associate Director of Learning Development will manage cross-functional teams to enhance learning experiences and support adjunct and student success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the vision and mission of Talent Capability & Learning through the execution of learning experiences and services
• Manage the design, execution, and continuous improvement of faculty onboarding, training, and development
• Partner with stakeholders to establish metrics, evaluate impact, and inform continuous improvement efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Leadership, Adult Education, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a learning and development leadership capacity
• Deep expertise in learning experience design and development life-cycle
• Experience leveraging data for insights and decision-making
• Familiarity with technology and LMS platforms for scalable learning experiences
