Associate Director of Market Access

Job Summary

To support the Market Access team, the full-time Associate Director of Market Access Operations will manage departmental reporting, data analytics, government pricing calculations, and collaborate with various internal departments while working remotely or in a hybrid model from Burlington, MA, or Westlake Village, CA, with occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly reconciliation of source data for government pricing calculations and maintain forecast models for pricing analysis
• Review vendor materials for compliance with government regulations and ensure accurate reporting and registrations
• Analyze payer data to create insightful trend analysis and reports, while collaborating with cross-functional partners

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years in the Biopharmaceutical industry, in analytics and/or reporting roles
• Minimum 5 years of government pricing or relevant commercial finance experience
• Experience managing external vendor or client relationships for at least 3 years
• Strong data analysis and vendor management experience required
