Associate Director of Market Access

Job Summary

To support the Market Access team, the full-time Associate Director of Market Access Operations will manage departmental reporting and data analytics, government reporting, trade, payer contracting, and pricing analysis, while collaborating with various internal departments and external partners, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model from Burlington, MA, or Westlake Village, CA, and occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly reconciliation of source data for government pricing calculations and maintain forecast models for pricing analysis
• Review vendor materials for compliance with government regulations and ensure accurate reporting and customer Class of Trade assignments
• Analyze payer data for trend analysis and assist in contract review and organization of key terms and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years in the Biopharmaceutical industry, specifically in analytics and/or reporting roles
• Minimum 5 years of government pricing or relevant commercial finance experience
• Minimum 3 years managing external vendor or client relationships
• Strong data analysis and vendor management experience
