Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of the HIV market intelligence agenda
• Oversee the development of high-impact market intelligence products and ensure their analytical rigor and relevance
• Manage and develop a high-performing Market Intelligence team, fostering a collaborative culture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in market intelligence, quantitative analysis, or related fields
• Advanced degree in Economics, Public Health, Data Science, Business, or a related field is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and experience influencing organizational priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a record of building trusted relationships
• Proven people-management skills and experience mentoring staff
