Qualifications & Key Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency management, or marketing effectiveness in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong project management and process optimization expertise
• Experience in agency/vendor relationship management and marketing budget oversight
• Ability to analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights for strategic adjustments
