Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading regional or multi-market marketing strategy and execution
• Strong background delivering end-to-end campaigns across digital, CRM, and offline channels
• Highly analytical, with experience using data and dashboards to drive decisions
• Experience within higher education or a comparable complex B2C/B2B environment
• Demonstrated people leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
