Associate Director of Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, SkinPen Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and optimization of integrated SkinPen marketing programs across various channels
• Provide leadership and direction to the Brand Manager and Consumer Engagement Manager for program execution
• Manage agency partners and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree & 5+ years' directly related experience; OR Bachelor's degree & 7+ years' directly related experience
• Experience in professional, agency, and/or consumer marketing, and/or sales
• Background in pharmaceutical, device, biotech, or aesthetics industries preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage marketing budgets
