Associate Director of Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, SkinPen Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and optimization of integrated SkinPen marketing programs across various channels
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure program execution aligns with brand strategy and commercial objectives
• Manage agency partners and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree & 5+ years' directly related experience; OR Bachelor's degree & 7+ years' directly related experience
• Preferred degree in marketing or advertising
• 7+ years' experience in professional, agency, and/or consumer marketing, and/or sales
• Experience in pharmaceutical, device, biotech, or aesthetics sectors
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
