Job Summary
Driving omnichannel marketing strategies, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Marketing will oversee Walmart & Sam's Club relationships, manage a team of demand creation leaders, and optimize retail media to enhance business performance and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end demand creation strategy across Walmart and Sam's Club, focusing on revenue and share growth
- Manage relationships with Walmart Connect and Sam's Club MAP, including joint business planning and performance optimization
- Champion superior customer experience by ensuring seamless shopping journeys and effective product communication across all touchpoints
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in digital media, CPG marketing, or eCommerce
- Proven success managing Walmart Connect relationships and omnichannel demand creation strategies
- Expertise in retail media ecosystems and performance marketing analytics
- Experience with integrated and full-funnel media plans
