Job Summary
Supporting the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, the full-time Associate Director of Marketing will manage strategic marketing initiatives across the Concern and Awareness pillar, ensuring effective communication and brand consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to support priority initiatives and enhance audience engagement
- Coordinate the creation of marketing content and collateral, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions that boost awareness and fundraising efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven experience in developing omni-channel campaigns that drive engagement and fundraising
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across divisions
- Strategic thinker with a track record of problem-solving and managing feedback effectively
