Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of market research and competitive intelligence, the full-time Associate Director of Marketing Analytics will support the US Oncology business by providing actionable insights and managing a Market Research Manager, with the opportunity to work remotely from any location within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement primary and secondary market research to support brand strategies and optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate insights that enhance marketing and sales efforts
- Manage market research projects, including vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Six years of experience in market research, forecasting, analytics, or consulting within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Five years of experience in applying market research processes and working with pharmaceutical data sources
- Three years of experience managing multiple projects and vendor relationships
- Strong project management skills for strategic and tactical planning
