Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Measurement Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and deliver end-to-end analytics and strategy projects, managing timelines and cross-functional dependencies
• Lead the strategic design of data solutions, including reports and KPI frameworks that align with client business objectives
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team's knowledge base by sharing expertise and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, or management consulting
• Expertise in SQL, Python or R, and modern analytics tools (Looker, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder data projects
• Experience in people management and mentoring junior team members
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and measurement strategies
