Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Medical Information Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Medical Information Call Center by ensuring resources, training, and guidance for assigned products
• Coordinate global operational activities and implement process improvements for efficiency
• Lead the development of analytics dashboards and reporting templates for metrics reporting and product insights

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant scientific or healthcare fields; PharmD preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Information Call Center operations
• Strong understanding of global and US regulatory aspects related to medical information
• Proven administrative, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience in leading and managing contact center operations
