Associate Director of Medical Writing

Job Summary

To support clinical trials in endocrine indications, the full-time remote Associate Director of Medical Writing will draft and edit scientific publications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and edit scientific publications, including manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for medical conferences
• Collaborate with the Publication Planning team to coordinate timelines and kick-off calls with investigators
• Participate in meetings with clinical trial investigators to manage the editing and revision process of scientific publications

Required Qualifications

• MS/PhD/PharmD or 8+ years of experience in writing scientific publications
• Familiarity with endocrinology and/or rare disease is a benefit
• Understanding of US and international regulations related to scientific publications
• Ability to work directly from clinical documents to draft publications
• Professional credentials/certification (e.g., CMPP) are a plus
