Job Summary

Driving all aspects of omnichannel media activation, the full-time remote Associate Director of Omnichannel will manage campaign strategy and execution across programmatic and paid social channels, ensuring effective integration and optimization throughout the campaign life cycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee client accounts, including activation strategy, budgeting, execution, and reporting across programmatic and paid social channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate client objectives into actionable omnichannel media recommendations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Educate the agency on platform capabilities and emerging media opportunities through training, documentation, and meeting facilitation
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-side role
  • Strong expertise in programmatic and paid social platforms with demonstrated experience in leading omnichannel activation
  • Experience managing complex B2B media programs across multiple clients and platforms
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
  • Proven ability to lead senior client conversations and develop strategic recommendations
