Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to drive client satisfaction and account profitability through operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as main contact for assigned account(s) and liaise with Vice President of Operations
  • Review operating statistics to ensure client and company goals are met
  • Identify and resolve potential problem areas, create solutions, and enhance program performance

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years relevant experience, including 4 years in management and multi-account experience preferred
  • Ability to make complex decisions and solve problems using qualitative, quantitative, and financial data
  • Ability to delegate and manage workloads and projects across functions
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and call center management systems and terminology
