Key Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a global team of Care Navigators, ensuring daily execution meets SLAs and member expectations
• Monitor metrics and implement improvements to enhance speed, conversion, and quality of service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience leading large support or clinical operations teams, preferably in healthcare or tech-enabled services
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with strong SLA accountability
• Data-driven leadership style focused on clarity, coaching, and consistency
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and training programs
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as prior authorizations or scheduling is a bonus
