Associate Director of Operations

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day account operations for health plan partners, the full-time Associate Director of Operations will ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements while promoting client retention and growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support an assigned book of business to achieve relationship, growth, retention, and customer goals
• Cultivate productive relationships with client account leaders and internal/external stakeholders
• Lead partnership reviews and ensure timely issue identification and resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years in client or account management leadership roles
• Ability to find creative solutions in a changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• 1+ year of specialty UM program experience (preferred)
