Job Summary
To support a growing client portfolio, the full-time Associate Director of Paid Media will oversee key franchise client relationships, serve as a corporate contact for franchise brands, and guide internal paid media strategy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee key franchise client relationships and guide internal paid media strategy across a portfolio of accounts
- Serve as a primary point-of-contact and strategic partner for corporate teams on assigned franchise brands
- Supervise direct reports, conducting performance reviews and professional development planning to enhance team growth
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in paid media management, including Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- 2+ years of client-facing experience, preferably in an agency setting
- 1+ year of direct people management experience
- Proven experience leading strategy for large client accounts with significant ad spend
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
