Job Summary

To support a growing Performance Media team, the full-time Associate Director of Paid Social will lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on clean execution, performance optimization, and ad account management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Own campaign architecture, audience strategy, budget allocation, and build testing roadmaps for optimization
  • Serve as the primary client contact, delivering performance recaps and collaborating cross-functionally to drive integrated growth programs
Required qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of paid social experience, with at least 1-2 years at or approaching the Associate Director level
  • Expert-level fluency in Meta and TikTok; familiarity with YouTube and Pinterest is a strong plus
  • Strong written storytelling skills for performance recaps, strategy memos, and QBR decks
  • Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Experience with measurement and attribution frameworks across the funnel is a plus
