A company is looking for an Associate Director of Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a comprehensive channel partnership strategy for the construction industry
• Lead and develop a high-performing partnerships team, establishing performance metrics and career paths
• Drive platform growth through strategic partnerships and manage performance analytics for the construction vertical

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, including 2 years in people management
• Direct experience in or selling to the construction industry is highly preferred
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Strategic thinking with a focus on tactical execution and project management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and develop others
