Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of strategic Home Service Professional partners, the full-time remote Associate Director of Partnerships will serve as a primary advisor, leveraging data-driven insights and operational guidance to enhance partner success and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Service Professional partners, providing strategic advice and conducting regular business reviews
• Analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop initiatives that enhance partner engagement and drive revenue expansion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or customer success
• Proven experience managing complex customer or partner relationships
• Strong analytical skills with experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives forward
