Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare support, patient advocacy, or care coordination
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or team leads
• Experience in scaling operations in a high-growth environment
• Strong knowledge of service operations metrics and healthcare operations fundamentals
• Familiarity with EMRs, Zendesk, and scheduling tools
