Associate Director of Patient Engagement

Job Summary

To enhance clinical research enrollment, the full-time Associate Director of Patient Engagement will establish and oversee operational plans, lead a team of recruiters, and develop customized strategies to ensure successful patient enrollment in trials, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the internal patient engagement team to meet recruitment and retention project milestones
• Develop overarching strategies and enrollment plans for Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects, facilitating regular updates and meetings
• Represent patient recruitment in client-facing meetings and support pre-award proposal development for studies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, health sciences, business, or a related field
• Over 7 years of experience in patient recruitment and marketing for healthcare/clinical research
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams and projects in a clinical research setting
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to develop innovative strategies for achieving project goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce, with experience in clinical trial management systems preferred
