Associate Director of Patient Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Patient Services Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across Patient Services programs
• Identify operational pain points and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and patient experience
• Manage Patient Services vendors to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• At least 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech Patient Services operations, or 8 years with a Master's degree
• Demonstrated experience in operational excellence and vendor management
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmaceuticals and patient access dynamics preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
