Associate Director of Payer Enrollment

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Payer Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely resolution and completion of payer enrollment to prevent revenue loss
• Assure compliance with health plan requirements related to provider certification and credentialing
• Streamline processes and workflows for the onboarding department, utilizing automation where appropriate

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managed care credentialing, billing, and/or medical staff service setting
• Experience leading enrollment teams with a large provider inventory
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience supporting Medicare/Medicaid
• Strong knowledge of NCQA guidelines and delegated payers preferred
