Job Summary
Data-driven and performance-led, the full-time Associate Director of Planning will design and activate cross-channel media plans that drive measurable business outcomes while collaborating with clients and internal teams in New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Translate client business objectives into outcome-driven, full-funnel media strategies
- Lead the development of comprehensive cross-channel media plans, including audience strategy and campaign budgeting
- Use performance data to inform planning decisions and optimize strategies based on historical performance and testing results
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in media planning with expertise in digital and performance media
- Experience with performance-driven accounts, ideally in the Non-Profit sector or with large-scale clients
- Proven track record of developing and executing full-funnel, cross-channel media strategies
- Strong experience with media planning and optimization tools
- Advanced understanding of media measurement and analytics, including digital and traditional KPIs
