Associate Director of Pricing

Job Summary

To support the Market Access team, the full-time Associate Director of Pricing will manage data analytics, government reporting, and payer contracting while collaborating with cross-functional teams, with options for remote or hybrid work in Burlington, MA, or Westlake Village, CA, and occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly reconciliation of source data for government pricing calculations and maintain forecast models for pricing analysis
• Review vendor materials and ensure compliance with government regulations regarding pricing and reporting
• Analyze payer data to create trend analysis and reports, while collaborating with internal and external partners on pricing and contracting efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in analytics and/or reporting roles
• At least 5 years of experience in government pricing or relevant commercial finance
• Experience managing external vendor or client relationships for a minimum of 3 years
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using Excel for complex data presentations
